The girl with the long tounge

Sometime during the month of September two boys went hunting up towards the mountain and were gone a good many days. In that camp was this one woman who nobody was supposed to see, unless they had permission from their Chief. This woman had a tongue which reached both of her shoulders. Some medicine man had done this to her, so she couldn't see past her tongue. That was the reason the Chief and the people in that village did not allow her to be seen by anybody except whoever was taking care of her.
Towards night, sometimes in September while the sun was just going down over the hill towards the north, this woman managed to sneak out of her tepee. It just so happened that everybody was in their tepees, settling down to get ready for bed.
The woman got out of her tepee, and let her tongue down and looked to the foothills. On this hill were the two boys who went hunting. As soon as they came on top of the hill and started walking towards the river, the girl took one look at them and the two boys turned into stone.
While the girl was wandering around, somebody spotted her and ran to the Chief shouting that the girl was seen outside her tepee without his permission. The Chief and all the people rushed out to see what the woman was up to. She said, "There was nobody around my tepee, and it was so quiet." Later on she said "I was looking towards the hill, when two people started coming down from the hills, and I don't want to say what happened next. It is up to you to find out." The Chief then sent some men up the hill a couple of miles to find out what had happened to those two boys.
When the men reached the bottom of the hill they found two boys who were turned into stone. The stones were 12 to 15 feet high. They were shaped as wearing two big packs on their backs.
Today it is said that this must have happened sometime in 1604. The stones are part of what can be seen from about nine miles from Fort McPherson on the right hand side of the Peel River toward the mountain. Nowadays, tourists come every summer to take pictures of it.

He wants to be

DRAFT ON BOOK REVIEW

The book lord of the flies is about suspense,drama and war. Its about these boys from a school was flying to a place then the plane crashed into a island. The two pilots died and the kids are all alone on the deserted island. In the beginning a fat boy and a rather skinny boy meet they greet each other and they tell each other there names the skinny boys nbame is ralph and the fat boy used to be called piggy so he calls him piggy now. they walk by the beach they find a conch and they blow it and then lots of other kids come and they meet each other and they start a assembly.First they see who is going to be chief and they pick ralph as cheif so then now ralph starts the rules and he says that they need to start a fire if they want to get saved but more futher down the book you can see that the tables have turned and then this older guy named jack becomes chief and he turns everyone against ralph and he makes his own tribe. In my opinion i think this book is a good book because it always make u want to keep on reading and it is a good book it has lots of suspense and it shows lots of leadership roles and shows how they would be living in a society with people. In some oarts of the books you feel like pupnching jack because he is such a bully to piggy and he thinks hes all that and he kills some people on the way of the book but im not going to spoil who it is

HALLOWEEN

Halloween was fun i got ready and i left to my friends house so then i walked and it was around 5 i live near healy field and i left my house and helay feild was pitch black i litterally couldnt see anything i was shitting bricks so then i ran and when i reached to my friends house then she was getting ready. So then we met up with mad heads then we left them because they wasent trick or treating and i wanted some candy! it was already around like 9 o clock so then we went to dunkin dounuts the one in roslindale so we went and my friend had a free mocha latte ticket so then we got two free mochas and then we went to archdale to meet up with this person and then we was there till like 1 and then i walked home and the i took a quick shower and i fell asleep and thats it !
